- Kenyon Martin has sold his Greenwood Village home for the bargain price of $1.99 million. Martin owned the place for seven years and paid $3.5 million for it in September of 2004. Martin has signed to play with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association.
- Highlands Ranch forward Austin Haldorson has committed to the University of Wyoming. Haldorson also held offers from the University of Denver and Air Force.
- The Colorado State women’s basketball team opened the season Sunday night with a midnight madness session for the fans. The team welcomes five freshmen to the roster.
